TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As a customer of Your Gourmet Chef LLC, I agree to the following:
  • Food Safety and Handling:
  • I will immediately freeze my Your Gourmet Chef LLC meals following the delivery of my meals from Your Gourmet Chef LLC at a temperature below 0 degrees F. I will refrigerate all food items to a temperature below 41 degrees F. (Always use a refrigerator thermometer to make sure your refrigerator is set to the appropriate temperature).
  • I will follow the cooking instructions as specified for each meal. I will heat all dinners to the appropriate internal temperature as instructed. (Always use a meat thermometer to check the temperature and ensure doneness while maintaining taste and flavor).
  • I will always wash my hands with warm, soapy water before preparing and eating food.
  • I will agree to release Your Gourmet Chef LLC from all claims, damages and causes of action or liability which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Your Gourmet Chef LLC meals.

Terms of Sale:
·         Orders must be paid for in full at time of delivery unless there is a credit card on file for payment.
·         We accept Cash, Money Orders, Business or Personal Checks, Visa, and MasterCard (Cash payments are discouraged unless you plan to be home to accept delivery.)
·         There is a $3.95 charge for each delivery

    ·         Delivered products which are left in customer's absence are left at customer's risk.
·         Order/Delivery discrepancies must be addressed the day of delivery.
·         There will be a $30.00 minimum charge on all returned checks.
·         Interest will be charged at 1.5% (18% APR) on amounts unpaid.
·         Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All food containers will be provided by Your Gourmet Chef LLC. 
  • Please provide a cooler or tote to transport food home.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand certain situations come up which may require you to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Because we place your food order prior to your session, we ask for a 5-day notification and would be happy to apply a credit towards a future session, if rescheduled within two weeks. This policy allows Your Gourmet Chef LLC to continue to offer you healthy nutritious entrees at a reasonable price. Thank you for letting us serve you.
